OUR STORY
Silly & Kind Co. was inspired by a little girl named ARYA, whose personality was just as big as her heart. Silly, goofy, a little mischievous, and endlessly loving, ARYA had a special way of making everyone around her smile.
One afternoon, ARYA noticed a younger child crying after dropping a favorite stuffed animal into a muddy puddle. Without hesitation, she rescued the soggy toy, handed it back, and cheerfully announced, "Don't worry! He just needed a MUDDLE BATH!"
Within seconds, the tears turned into laughter.
That little moment captured everything wonderful about ARYA: a little silliness and a whole lot of kindness.
Despite her endless energy, ARYA had one weakness: waking up early for school! Every morning, she moved at the speed of a sleepy sloth, taking her sweet time getting dressed and ready for the day.
And just like that, Yubbie the Sloth was born!
A lovable, slow-moving, snack-loving character with a big heart, inspired by a little girl who reminded us that kindness and laughter go hand in hand.
From there, Silly & Kind Co. grew into a dream of creating playful stories that inspire children to laugh, share, care, and make the world a little brighter.
A little silliness. A lot of kindness.

Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire children to be kind, embrace what makes them unique, and grow up knowing that they matter, they belong, and even the smallest act of kindness can make someone's day a little brighter. What makes us different? Every book includes kindness challenges and collectible rewards that inspire children to bring kindness beyond the pages and into everyday life.
Kindness beyond the pages
We want children to be part of the story. Our kindness challenges invite little readers to try thoughtful actions of their own—sharing, including someone, offering help, or simply noticing who might need a friend.
Collectible rewards add a little extra excitement along the way. Together, the stories, challenges, and keepsakes give families something to read, talk about, and put into practice. The goal is simple: make kindness something children enjoy doing.
Our Pledge
For every 10 books sold, we’ll share the joy of reading by donating one book to a child in need.
We believe stories and the comfort of a good book should reach beyond our own shelves. As our little company grows, this pledge will help more children share in the adventure.
A little peek at what's ahead
Our first chapter is Yubbie's Big Kindness Day. Looking ahead, we hope to grow a collection of playful books that explore friendship, sharing, inclusion, and helping others through new adventures with familiar friends.
We're also dreaming up more ways to keep kindness going: collectible character cards, stickers, and hands-on kindness activities that families can enjoy together. We'll share details about each new book and product as it gets closer to being ready.
